Note:
This workshop is a standard pre-training requirement for all persons who wish to be trained as VIDEOSYNERGISTS.



08:30 - 09:00 am Pre-registered participants will sign roster and get their name
  tags and handout materials.       The workshop is limited to a
  minimum of twenty  and  a  maximum  of  twenty-five partici-
pants.   The workshop will be videotaped.   Each participant
  must sign the registration form, containing a videotape release
  clause.
   
09:00 - 09:30 am An Introduction To VIDEOSYNERGY. A lecture presen-
  tation by Ken Austin, DCSW.
   
09:30 - 10:00 am Show half-hour videotape of an MI client session.
   
10:00 - 10:15 am A fifteen-minute question and answer (Q&A) period between
  participants and presenters will be videotaped.
   
10:15 - 10:30 am The Q&A videotape will be played back.
   
10:30 - 10:40 am Participants will be videotaped interrupting and responding
  (I&R) to this playback. Ten minutes cumulative I&Rs.
 
10:40 - 11:00 am A TWENTY-MINUTE BREAK !!!
   
11:00 - 11:10 am The I&R tape will be played back.
   
11:10 - 11:20 am Ten minutes to write closure statements.
   
11:20 - 11:35 am Videotape of participants reading closure statements aloud.
   
11:35 - 11:50 am Playback participants' videotaped statements.
   
11:50 - 12:00 PM A videotaped canvas of participants' feelings.
   
12:00 - 12:45 PM Playback of videotaped feeling canvas & ISSUING OF
  CERTIFICATES.
